Outsourcing and Offshore

Feeloë capitalizes on multiple experiences of outsourcing projects both in the Domestic and International arenas, Call centers  - Support Functions  - IT - R&D. In 2006, Feeloë invested in a web portal, http://www.offshore-developpement.com/, which directory includes more than 200 offshore service providers spread over 30 countries. The best of these players enter into a partnership agreement when their skills are challenged and evaluated, and their performances audited.

Partner of Private Equity

Since its creation, Feeloë has spent a large part of its business advising Private Equity funds. This activity includes assignments during the Due Diligence phases of acquisitions over the ”Operations & IT  perfomance”, or strategic Due Diligences over High-Tech businesses (Internet, Software, Services). It includes other assignments to the funds and directly to their investments on strategic projects of transformation and IT contributing to the asset valorization.
